All-welded plate-frame heat exchanger
The plate frame heat exchangers are the equipment of a new type. They look like a collapsible frame heat exchangers, but have the advantages of a standard plate heat exchanger (efficient heat transfer and compact design) and tube heat exchanger (suitable for high temperature and pressure). Due to internal backflow reached a maximal temperature difference, which is impossible in other types of welded heat exchangers. Protective housing exchanger can be easily removed and cleaned, and the shear stress acting in a moving fluid is much higher than other heat exchangers. The heat transfer plates welded heat exchanger
The heat transfer plates are stamped from an imported sheet metal thickness of 0.8mm-1mm. The corrugated shape is the same as that of the heat exchanger plates collapsible frame, but does not have holes and surfaces which do not participate in heat transfer. Thus, all the plates can be used for heat transfer, which improves the efficiency of plants. Other location nozzles significantly optimizes the distribution of water between the plates and helps to prevent the phenomenon of "dead zones".
